They can be used by Motorola phones w/ HiFi Ringers on T-Mobile, Verizon, Cingular and Alltell. They also work with LG phones, and most newer phones. These Ringtones do NOT work for Sprint / Nextel users, or phones made by Sanyo, Samsung, or Nokia. (This is based off minor research.)
